Biography
Cheryl Bonecutter, WHNP received her initial nurse’s training at North Central State College in Mansfield, Ohio. She attained her Nurse Practitioner education through the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Cheryl completed her Bachelor’s degree through the University of Phoenix and her Master’s degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
Cheryl Bonecutter worked for People’s Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio as the Employee Health Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, and Preoperative Nurse Practitioner. Upon moving to South Carolina in 1999, she began working for Tuomey Memorial Hospital as the Nurse Practitioner coordinating care for Obstetrical services. Cheryl continued her Obstetrical practice for the University of South Carolina, School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology where she expanded to Urogynecology. In 2006, Cheryl relocated to San Antonio via Laredo where she was the Director of Women’s Services and later the Director of Special Projects at Doctor’s Hospital.
Cheryl’s professional interests include High Risk Obstetrics, Urogynecology, Preventative Medicine, and Healthcare Administration. Cheryl is married to Dane Bonecutter, and is the mother of three grown boys. In her personal time, Cheryl enjoys cooking, writing, gardening and music.
