Biography
Dr. Heck is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She received a degree in Zoology from Texas A&M University. After earning her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
She began her solo practice in 1989 and soon after became one of the founding members of Seven Oaks Women’s Center.

And it’s exciting to see so many positive changes in women’s health and wellness. Many women may be unaware of the minimally invasive options available for a variety of gynecologic problems that once required major surgery.”
Dr. Heck, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons.
Dr. Heck enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has 3 teenage children; in high school and college, and her husband coaches high school basketball.
