Biography

Mary Francis grew up in New Braunfels, attended University of Texas in Austin and obtained nursing degree at UTHSCSA. She practiced nursing in a variety of areas, including medical/surgical, oncology, and labor/delivery. She obtained her Masters in Nursing in 1997 and has practiced as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner since. She is committed to the health care and needs of women throughout the life span. She has special interest with the teenage patient in their advancement of health care knowledge and needs.

Mary has been married since 1987. Her husband teaches high school history. She has 2 daughters, in high school and college. Her main hobbies besides family are tennis and sailing.
