Position: Physician Assistant and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Will be responsible for providing women’s health care in a very busy out-patient clinic setting. Will work closely with nine-physicians and other clinicians. Minimum of 2 year’s experience in women’s health required, preferably prior experience working in a private practice clinic setting. Position: Medical Assistant
Seeking candidate with previous hands on back office/clinical OB/GYN experience. Must be able to float to assist all providers with: in-office procedures, stock rooms, clean instruments, triage patients, must be able to explain procedures to patients and follow physician orders. Must have prior EMR experience. Must be able to adapt to different provider preferences. Must be fast paced and possess excellent customer service skills.
We office excellent compensation and benefits for this full-time position. Monday-Thursday 8:15a-5p; Friday 8a-12:30p; Medical Center & Westover Hills location.
Phone Operator/Scheduler
Provide excellent phone customer service skills by communicating effectively and meeting patient needs. Must be able to handle and direct high-volume phone calls with a pleasant, polite, welcoming and cheerful attitude. Must possess excellent verbal communication and verbal comprehension. Must possess critical thinking skills to effectively cross reference multiple provider schedules to schedule appointments. Must have previous EMR experience.
Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-5:00pm; Friday 8am-12pm.
Medical Front Desk-Check in/Out
Monday-Thursday: 8am-5:00pm (end of day clock out varies due to patient volume); Friday 8am-12pm.
This person must be able to able to handle a high patient volume with a positive attitude. Responsible for registration of the patient to include patient and insurance demographics, collection of copays, deductibles and balances. Assist with check out of patients, schedule follow up and referral appointments. Must have prior EMR experience and excellent customer service skills.
LVN Telephone Triage
Monday-Thursday; 8:30am-5:30pm; Friday 8:30am-12:30pm
Responsible for providing telephone triage service to patients. Assesses patients concerns/situation on the telephone to determine level of care required. Prioritizes patient’s need for immediate care or advise, provides test results and facilitates care needs. Documents plan of care and communicates very closely with physician and patients.
