Schedule Appointments
When you are ready to schedule your obstetric, annual physical exam, gynecology appointment, or any other appointment, please call 210-692-9500. When calling to make an appointment, the receptionist will ask some questions regarding the nature of the appointment and will also update or gather new information regarding your insurance coverage. Please have your insurance card readily available.
Schedulers are ready to assist you Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to Noon. For your convenience, several of the providers have added alternate hours to their schedule. Need a later appointment? Our nurse practitioners offer extended hours clinics, so if your work schedule can't accommodate an early appointment we'll work to get you into an appointment that best works for you.
As an added convenience, if you are an established patient, you may request an appointment through our Patient Portal once you have set up an account. For new patients, please call the scheduler to have an invitation sent to you to set up your portal account.
