Dr. Madison Yachcik was born and raised in Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) before pursuing her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2020, she relocated to El Paso, Texas, to complete her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology with Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare, where she had the honor of serving as Chief Resident during the 2023–2024 academic year.
Following residency Dr. Yachcik accepted a core faculty position with the Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare OB/GYN residency program. She enjoys caring for women through every phase of life—from adolescence through menopause—and is passionate about helping her patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. Her clinical interests include high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery utilizing her robotic training, adolescent gynecology, contraceptive counseling, and medical education.
Whether guiding a patient through a high-risk pregnancy, discussing birth control options, or addressing routine gynecologic concerns, Dr. Yachcik strives to provide evidence-based care with empathy, respect, and open communication. Dr. Yachcik is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for women at every stage of life. She believes that the best healthcare begins with listening, building trusting relationships, and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Dr. Yachcik is a member of ABOG, ACOG and Texas Medical Association.
Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active through weightlifting, cycling, hiking and traveling. She also loves reading, baking, and spending time with her husband Tyler and their two Labrador Retrievers Moose and Joe.
